5. Military & Veterans Discount
Universal Studios Military Discount is offered to all U.S. active-duty military personnel and veterans. You can purchase your tickets at your military base or online once identity is verified via ID.me. In order to obtain a military discount, a valid military or U.S. Government I.D. is required
These special military discounts are not available at the Universal Studios Hollywood ticket booth. To purchase, you must provide a valid ID as an Active Duty, National Guard, Reservist, Eligible Veteran, or Retired Member of one of the following U.S. Military Branches:

6. AAA Discount
AAA members can save $20 on VIP tickets and up to $20 to $34 savings on Universal Express and 1-Day General Admission Tickets. Do compare their prices (final price with taxes and fees) with deal #1 above before purchasing to make sure you’re getting the best deal.
Universal Studios Hollywood AAA discount can be purchased online or at participating AAA offices. AAA Universal Studios tickets are not available at the gate.
7. Annual Pass
If you are planning to visit the park multiple times, a Universal Annual Pass may be more economical than buying individual passes each time. You can get them for $10 less when you buy them from the park’s website versus at the gate.

The benefit of a Universal Studios Hollywood Gold Annual Pass includes free general parking, a 15% discount on in-park food, beverages, and merchandise while the Platinum Pass has no blackout dates. You also get invited to special events and so much more.
8. Costco Offer
Costco Universal Studios Hollywood Tickets are available both in-store (not year round) and online via their website. They were still available in store when I visited Costco this February 2026.
Universal Studios Costco tickets are for Season Passes only. They are available for $179.99 plus tax (plus there is a $10 off offer during my store visit).
