We’ve compiled a list of all the theme parks that offer a FREE Preschool Pass, giving kids complimentary admission all year long.
Registration is all done online and activation must be done at the park. There is a registration and activation deadline and some parks also close their registration before the deadline if they’ve already reached capacity so make sure to register in advance.

Preschoolers can enjoy free admission to theme parks year-round by registering for a complimentary Preschool Pass at any of these participating locations across the U.S.:
1. SeaWorld San Antonio Free Preschool Pass (Offer expires Feb 15)
Texas residents, register your kids ages 5 and under for a FREE SeaWorld San Antonio Preschool Card and enjoy unlimited admission through January 3, 2027, which includes park events like Halloween Spooktacular, SeaWorld’s Christmas Celebration and so much more!

2. SeaWorld Orlando Free Preschool Pass (Registration extended to Feb 16)
Florida residents, register your kids ages 5 and under for FREE SeaWorld Orlando Preschool Card and they can enjoy FREE admission to SeaWorld and Aquatica Orlando throughout all of 2026.
The first visit must occur by March 1, 2026, to activate the card. Not available at the park front gate. Register via SeaWorld Orlando’s website.

3. SeaWorld San Diego Preschool Fun Card – $25.99 (Discounted not FREE)
Register your kids ages 3 – 5 for a discounted SeaWorld San Diego Preschool Fun Card for only $25.99 (regular $126.99).
The Preschool Fun Card is available for kids who are residents of San Diego, Los Angeles, and Orange County, CA, and provides unlimited admission through December 31, 2026. Blackout dates apply.
The first park visit must occur on or before May 31, 2026 to activate the card and you must bring a valid child I.D. for age verification and a valid ID for proof of residency. To register, visit SeaWorld’s website.

4. Busch Gardens Tampa & Adventure Island Free Preschool Pass
Florida residents can register their kids ages 5 and under for a FREE Busch Gardens and Adventure Island Preschool Card to enjoy FREE Admission throughout 2026 with no blackout dates.
Registration and first visit with the child present to attend the park must occur by February 28, 2026. Not available at the park front gate. Register via Busch Garden Tampa’s website.

5. Busch Gardens Williamsburg & Water County 2-Park Free Preschool Pass
Register your kids ages 3 – 5 for the FREE Busch Gardens Williamsburg and Water County USA 2-Park Preschool Card and enjoy unlimited admission to both parks.
The pass is valid through Nov. 1, 2026, at Busch Gardens Williamsburg and through Sept. 20, 2026, at Water Country USA.
The offer is available online only and after registering online, you must visit by May 31, 2026, to activate your card. Register via Busch Garden Williamsburg’s website.

6. California’s Great America Free Pre-K Pass
Register your kids ages 3 – 5 for the FREE California’s Great America Pre-K Pass and they can enjoy unlimited visits for 2026, including South Bay Shores waterpark!
Parents or guardians must purchase a Gold Pass before they can register their child for the FREE Pre-K Pass. Register via California’s Great America’s website.
After registering your kids, bring them to the park on a public operating day to activate their pass at the main entrance by August 1, 2026. Make sure to bring your child and a valid birth certificate or passport that shows their age.
7. Carowinds Free Pre-K Pass (Register by August 1)
Register your kids ages 3 – 5 for the FREE Carowinds Pre-K Pass and they can enjoy unlimited visits to Carowinds and Carolina Harbor Waterpark this 2026, including events like Tricks and Treats, and WinterFest.
Parents or guardians must purchase a Gold or Prestige Pass before they can register their child for the FREE Pre-K Pass. Registration is up to August 1, 2026. Register via the Carowinds website.
After registering your child, please bring them to the park on a public operating day to activate their pass at the North Gate by August 1, 2026. Make sure to bring your child and a valid birth certificate or passport that shows their age.
8. Dorney Park Free Pre-K Pass (Register by August 1)
Register your kids ages 3 – 5 for the FREE Dorney Park Pre-K Pass so they can enjoy unlimited admission to Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom for the 2026 season.
To be eligible, parents or guardians must purchase a Gold Pass and register their child online for the Free Pre-K Pass by August 1, 2026. All registrations must be done online via the Dorney Park website.

9. Kings Dominion Free Pre-K Pass (Register by August 1)
Register your kids ages 3 – 5 for the FREE Kings Dominion Pre-K Pass so they can enjoy unlimited visits to Kings Dominion and Soak City Waterpark in 2026.
To be eligible, parents or guardians must purchase a Gold or Prestige Pass and register their child online for the Free Pre-K Pass by August 1, 2026. Registrations must be done online via Kings Dominion’s website.

10. Valleyfair Free Pre-K Pass (Register by August 1)
Valleyfair offers kids ages 3 – 5 years old a free Pre-K Pass with the purchase of a Season Pass. The Pre-K Pass grants complimentary admission to Valleyfair for all of 2026

11. Worlds of Fun Free Pre-K Pass (Register by August 1)
Register your kids ages 3 – 5 for the FREE Worlds of Fun Pre-K Pass so they can enjoy unlimited visits to Words of Fun and Oceans of Fun waterpark this 2026.
To be eligible, parents or guardians must purchase a Gold Pass and register their child online for the Free Pre-K Pass by August 1, 2026. Guest may not register at the park, all registrations must be done online via Worlds of Fun’s website.

12. Cedar Point Free Pre-K Pass (Register by August 1)
Register your kids ages 3 – 5 for the FREE Cedar Point Pre-K Pass so they can enjoy unlimited visits to Cedar Point the entire 2026 season, including Cedar Point Shores Water Park.
To be eligible, parents or guardians must purchase a Gold or Prestige Pass and register their child online for the Free Pre-K Pass by August 1, 2026. Guests may not register at the park, all registrations must be done online via Cedar Point’s website.

13. Wild Adventures Free Kids Season Pass (Activate by May 26)
Register your child ages 3 – 5 years old for the FREE Wild Adventures Kid’s Season Pass for FREE visits to the park the whole 2026 season. Register online via Wild Adventures’ website.
After registering, activate their Pre-K FREE Kid’s Season Pass at the park Kid’s Pass Redemption Center with their birth certificate or age-verifying ID. Deadline to Activate is May 25, 2026.
If your child already has an activated 2025 Free Pre-K Season Pass and they are still eligible this year, just bring your child to the park to reactivate their season pass at the Kid’s Pass Redemption Center with a birth certificate or age-verifying ID. Deadline to Re-activate is July 5, 2026.
Parents can purchase either a daily admission or season pass to accompany their child to the park.
14. Elitch Gardens Free Pre-K Pass
Register your child ages 3 – 5 years old for the FREE Elitch Gardens Pre-K Pass for FREE visits to the park and water park for the whole 2026 season.
Register online via the Elitch Gardens website. It’s only available for a limited time. After registering, activate their Pre-K Pass at the park by June 21, 2026.

15. Holiday World & Splashin Safari Free Pre-K Season Pass (Register by June 30)
Register your kids born from July 1, 2020, to November 1, 2022, for the Holiday World & Splashin Safari’s FREE Pre-K Season Pass and enjoy free admission all season, including Happy Halloween Weekends.
The free Holiday World Pre-K Pass must be registered online, then processed onsite. A government-issued document that includes the child’s date of birth is required to confirm child’s age; copies or digital scans are acceptable. The Pre-K Season Pass requires onsite processing, where the park’s Team Members will verify the child’s age, take a photo, and print out a Season Pass.
Pre-K Passes can only be registered online, and the last day to register for the 2026 season is June 30, 2026. You must process your Pre-K Pass at the park by September 7, 2026.
Parents are not required to buy a Season Pass and can opt to purchase any ticket or pass to accompany their child to the park.
16. Dollywood Free Pre-K Imagination Season Pass
Register your child born in 2021 or 2022 for the FREE Dollywood Pre-K Imagination Season Pass to enjoy a full year for FREE fun at Dollywood and Dollywood’s Splash Country.
Current qualifying Pre-K Passholders born in 2021 can re-register for the 2026 Pre-K Imagination Season Pass as well.
Register via Dollywood’s website and activate the pass by bringing your child to the Dollywood front gate with a photocopy of their birth certificate or passport to confirm their birth year in order to process their pass.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Does a Preschool Pass include FREE entry for parents or guardians accompanying them?
No. A Preschool Pass or Card only covers admission for the children they were issued to. Parking is also not included. Accompanying parents and/or guardians must purchase their own tickets or season pass.
My child is 5 but turning 6 this year, are they still eligible?
Your child is eligible for a Preschool Pass as long as your child is 5 years of age on or before the date you redeem the Preschool Pass for your first visit to the park for most of the theme parks we’ve listed while Dollywood and Holiday World don’t go by age but by date or year of birth.
Do we need to provide identification to enter the park?
Guests may be required to show a valid form of ID (a copy of a certified birth certificate or travel passport) to verify the child’s age prior to entry and school IDs or children’s security IDs will NOT be accepted. If the Preschool Pass requires you to be a resident of a particular city or state, parents or guardians may be required to show proof of residency.
Do parents need to buy an Annual Pass or Season Pass to qualify for a Preschool Pass?
Some theme parks require you to buy an Annual Pass or Season Pass, while others don’t. If they don’t, you can choose any ticket type to accompany your child who holds a Preschool Pass. You can even opt for a 1-day ticket. However, if you’d like to make the most of your child’s free pass throughout the year, it’s recommended that parents consider purchasing an annual or season pass; most come with free parking.
